Alchemik – Bairley Legal Imperial Pastry Stout

For this very special stout, we took our favourite chocolate base and gave it the classic coffee and cream treatment…Emerald Isle-style! The result: a saucy ménage à trois that truly is a match made in heaven. Alternating layers of coffee and chocolate mousse are held in place by a generous helping of whipped cream liqueur to create a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece of indulgence. Irish, to be sure, but there’s nothing dry about this stout. Sláinte!
