Mirrorz: A collaborative beer with the superlative Baron Brewing. Ours is a friendship forged at beer festivals through the Summer of ’22, with a mutual dream of brewing together when the circumstances allowed… and the result is this beautiful IPA. Huge dosings of Simcoe & Eukanot to the fore in this beer, with a thick, slick body full of wheat, oats & IPA malts.
