Gipsy Hill Brewery Beachbum West Coast IPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

Heavily hopped with Cascade and Simcoe for a punchy, pithy bitterness rounded out with notes of grapefruit. Layered on top of an eight grain strong malt backbone. Finished with a West Coast yeast BRY-97 to elevate hop bittering and aromas.

Beachbum has a twist, it’s gluten free! Brewed using ingredients containing gluten, but like Bandit the gluten free pale, Gipsy Hill use a naturally occurring enzyme to break the gluten chains down to a level (sub 20ppm) that can be consumed by those intolerant to gluten. It keeps all the body and mouthfeel, giving a well balanced, full flavoured beer.

6% ABV
