THE BREWERY SAYS:
Brewed with locally grown barley, wheat and rolled oats and primary fermented with our mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. We fermented this beer for three months before refermenting and conditioning on 200g/l of Spanish white peaches.
