The next instalment in our “Staring At” series sees two new hops making their debut at Lost Pier. Introducing Strata and BRU-1, two American big hitters: the former packing a zesty punch laced with passionfruit and the latter hitting a homerun with pineapple and green tropical fruit. The malt base has been kept to a super-soft, pale straw colour, with all the mouthfeel coming from 3 oat types. Too risky to stare at, this is one you just go on and taste . . .
