Remember Sappy? Remember Sapling? Well here’s the logical next step in our continuing ode to the West Coast style. Sapwood is a big, old school West Coast DIPA. It’s got all the hallmarks; citrus pith, resinous sweetness, piney bitterness, a touch of caramel and a big slice of grapefruit.
