THE BREWERY SAYS:

The fourth beer in our LUX DIPA range, showcases the modern classic; Mosaic. Spectrum is a revolutionary new, fully dispersable liquid hop product from our friends at BarthHaas. We use our pillowy malt base of pilsner, wheat and chit malt which brings soft fullness and a juicy mouthfeel to support and highlight the beautiful hop. There’s an intensity, yet huge smoothness to his beer that the liquid hop products really help us dial into. Expect huge flavours of Blueberry, overripe Mango and juicy Tangerine, all finishing with a gentle bitterness.
