In our quest of brewing legendary beers we’ve used multiple cacao products in different stages of the process. From lower amounts to insane quantities our kettles have seen it all. The toolbox feels complete now. It was time to challenge our oompa loompa’s dressed brewers to a task never done before. Saturate the beer with has much chocolate and cacao as it’s engineering possible. It translates into seven different additions throughout the brewing process. Get your hot chocolate mug and no one will be suspicious.
