Since launching in early 2018, Polly’s have established themselves as the finest craft brewery in Wales. Having initially built their name on quality pale ales and IPAs, in recent years they’ve introduced a wider range of styles that sees them knocking out killer sours and stouts with ever increasing frequency. Their motto is to never stop improving and from what we’ve seen they’re staying true to it!
