THE BREWERY SAYS:

Dry Oak Aged cider- More Champagne than Scrumpy, this beautifully clean, clear cider is fermented with white wine yeast to complete dryness (it is incredibly dry!) then aged on French Oak to enhance the complexity and lend it soft tannins. Serve in a wine glass or champagne flute for full effect.
