THE BREWERY SAYS:
This is a DIPA inspired by original DIPAs from the West Coast of the States. Straw coloured, crisp, clean and assertively bitter, yet well rounded, smooth and easy to drink. A classic hop combination of Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe, with a little Amarillo to back it up, brings deep flavours and aromas of orange and grapefruit, pine and a slight herbal dankness, lifted by the refreshing sweet fruits from Simcoe. Well rounded, balanced and extremely drinkable despite the high ABV.
