We are back again with our pals Neon Raptor and it would be a literal war crime if we didn’t brew a DIPA! We kick off with an eclectic mix of Pale malt, Oat malt, Flaked oats, Chit Barley, Flaked Wheat and CaraClair! This delicious soup of all things grains creates the perfect straw coloured opaque haze platform! All things silky smooth and sweet to tee up the star of our show Simcoe and Mosaic. Two classics doling out tangerine, papaya, rose, floral, pine and citrus. Don’t miss out!
