Fruity yeast esters mingle with the pineapple, citrus and light resin character of Idaho 7 and Azacca hops on the nose. Simple crisp Pilsner malt flavours allow the oats to linger in a full richness on the palate, interplaying with juicy hop oils and soft mouthfeel supported by a new water profile used in making this beer.
