A Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Southern Cross & Citra Incogntio.

“A long time ago we had a Hazy DIPA called Moondance. Since then, a lot has changed in our processes and techniques, I’d like to think we’ve gathered a lot more knowledge about brewing as well. I took the same hop combo and wanted to see how it works now, 16 months later. Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool, Citra Incognito in the knockout and then dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka & Southern Cross.”
