“Reflections is a Hazy DIPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops. Five different lots of Nelson from Freestyle Hops and Clayton Hops creates a beautifully complex hop profile using just one variety. I get loads of grapefruit, gooseberries, white wine, passion fruit and some white pepper notes.”
