Originally‌ ‌brewed‌ ‌for‌ ‌our‌ ‌first‌ ‌anniversary,‌ ‌this‌ ‌Black‌ ‌IPA‌ ‌used‌ ‌Herkules,‌ ‌Ekuanot‌ ‌&‌ ‌Cascade‌ ‌in‌ the‌ ‌copper‌ ‌and‌ ‌a‌ ‌large‌ ‌amount‌ ‌of‌ ‌Chinook,‌ ‌Idaho‌ ‌7‌ ‌&‌ ‌Simcoe‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌dry‌ ‌hop,‌ ‌followed‌ ‌by‌ adding‌ ‌a‌ ‌generous‌ ‌amount‌ ‌of‌ ‌Earl‌ ‌Grey‌ ‌leaf‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌fermentation‌ ‌tank‌ ‌to‌ ‌infuse.‌ ‌Grapefruit,‌ ‌zesty‌ and‌ ‌forest‌ ‌fruit‌ ‌aromas‌ ‌with‌ ‌a‌ ‌light‌ ‌bitter‌ ‌dark‌ ‌malt‌ ‌&‌ ‌subtle‌ ‌bergamot‌ ‌aftertaste.‌ ‌The‌ ‌blend‌ provides‌ ‌the‌ ‌beer‌ ‌with‌ ‌a‌ ‌well-balanced‌ ‌complex‌ ‌aroma‌ ‌and‌ ‌taste.‌ ‌
