Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Indie Hops.
Working closely with Jim Solberg at Indie, we’ve been able to explore some of the growers’ favourite lots from the 2025 harvest; together they sing with honey mango, huckleberry & lychee. A deeply expressive batch of Strata takes the lead, accented by a field of punchy sweet/tart Audacia. Ever-popular for it’s grapefruit & juniper character, when grown in the Yakima valley, their Oregonian Chinook has a tropical style all of its own.
