At a latitude of 45°S, the McNamee family’s crops benefit from long summer days, cold winters & a clean, dry climate in the southernmost hop farm in the country.
These conditions are ideal for the hops on the bine & the sheep that graze beneath them.
Their two-tier approach to regenerative farming prizes flavour, aroma & respect for the land in equal measure, making us even prouder to be the first brewery in Europe to use their product.
