Pacific Sunrise adds a sweet marmalade hue to the signature profile of both Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin; there’s also a little pop of berry sharpness in with short layers of passionfruit & apricot. Generous additions of rolled & porridge oats create a texture that’s fluffy & indulgent.
