Northern Monk – OFS045 // EARL GREY & HIBISCUS PALE // INDIA

Before we leave India, we reached out to our friends Gateway Brewing in Mumbai who we first collaborated with back in 2014. The tea heritage of India is undeniable and so we decided to combine the bergamot orange and light tannic character of earl grey with the aromatic and soft strawberry hints of hibiscus in this delicate, smooth pale ale.
