THE BREWERY SAYS:

A decadent chocolate imperial stout inspired by our guilty childhood pleasure for chocolate in all its shapes and forms. We collaborated with Audere Chocolatier lab from Piedmont (Italy) to source three types of chocolates, including single origin Ecuador dark chocolate bars with raw sugar, single origin Venezuelan cocoa nibs and dark chocolate powder. Seven dark malts in the griest, cocoa powder and chocolate bars in the boil with rich layers of chocolate nibs in secondary fermentation.
