THE BREWERY SAYS:

The second of the LUX series shines a light on a hop we don’t use much at Track, Eclipse. As with the first LUX, we are showcasing hops in Spectrum format, which is a revolutionary new, fully dispersable liquid hop product. We’re proud to say that this is a super fresh 2022 harvest too! We use our pillowy malt base of pilsner, wheat and chit malt which brings soft fullness and a juicy mouthfeel to support and highlight the beautiful hop. You’ll find a huge breadth of flavour and aroma locked into this beer, beginning with flood after flood of melon, with a slight pithy grapefruit finish.
