A liberal addition of Anchovy hops helps this pale find balance between delivering modern, nuanced hop aroma and keeping faithful to the west coast style. A swell of watermelon and lemon pith up front is followed by a pronounced expression of the hops’ woody, piney quality, partnering well with a firm bitterness and an ultra clean finish.
