Citra, Rakau, Moutere and Luminosa hand out grapefruit lemonade and orange lollies on a baking hot day, apricot fromage frais from a squeezy tube, round-your-mouth-staining boysenberry, a tropical triumvirate of mango, papaya and passion fruit, and a cooling hit of alpine freshness. A drop of lactose tempers the ferocity and makes each sip as sweet, soft and velvety smooth as latte milk steamed by a master barista.
