Yonder – Loop: Raspberry & Sweet Cicely Barrel-Aged Wild Ale

The Loop series is very much still our flagship beer here at Yonder. Fermented with our blend of mixed cultures, aged in oak barrels and blended with a medley for foraged and locally sourced ingredients, it encapsulates everything we do in one beer.

This variation features tart and fragrant British raspberries and a sweet anise note of foraged Sweet Cicely, a herb traditionally used to sweeten preserves made with sour fruits.
