The warm aroma of buttery shortcrust pastry pulls you in like a cartoon character floating towards a freshly baked feast. But the real magic happens with the first sip – a rich, sticky, and seriously sour filling of caramelized quince and mixed cherries, layered with three types of vanilla and our signature blend of cinnamon, cardamom, and a dash of ginger.
