Desserts don’t always have to be baked or frozen or smothered with heaps of heavy cream – every now and then you just want to get your five a day in a quick and guilt-free way. And if it can be in the form of a cheeky fruited sour, then that’s just the icing on the non-existent cake!

In our yoghurt pot this time we’ve got a mariage parfait of white grape and pear blended with crunchy granola and topped off with a dusting of cinnamon.
