Our first collab beer! Anspach & Hobday/Craft Metropolis Extra Hoppy Bitter II is a beer brewed to celebrate our 6th year of trading and the 2nd birthday of our taproom and shop. It’s a beer we had great fun brewing with A&H and it revisits one of the breweries favourite bitters of last year. This time around the brew uses two American hop stapes of Citra and Simcoe. The beer gives off aromas of citrus fruit, lychee and pine spice are backed up by a classic bitter backbone. A touch of malt sweetness balances the hop bitterness, resulting in a smooth balanced yet complex beer!
