Azvex – Huffman Tree IPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

A full-flavoured IPA built around the punchy pairing of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Expect juicy mango, bright citrus and ripe berry from Mosaic, layered with Nelson’s signature white grape, gooseberry and subtle tropical notes. A soft, pillowy body carries everything through to a crisp, balanced finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

The name takes inspiration from the Huffman tree, the branching structure used in one of the most influential data compression algorithms. Like its namesake, everything here is carefully put together, with each element working in harmony to deliver maximum impact.
