Pangea Ultima is inspired by the hypothetical final supercontinent, bringing four distinct hop varieties together into one unified whole. Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Kohia Nelson and Manilita converge to form a layered, expressive IPA where no single element dominates, but each plays a crucial role. Expect bright citrus and tropical fruit up front, flowing into white grape, gooseberry and subtle floral notes, with a gentle herbal edge adding depth and structure. Balanced bitterness and a smooth, full flavour profile tie everything together, creating a beer that feels cohesive, intentional and complete, much like its namesake.
