THE BREWERY SAYS:

Our first DIPA released from the new, tiny tank (Tank 5). Single hopped Citra DIPA 8%. With such a small volume of 400L, we are able to push it further than what makes commercial sense. Passion project brewing.

It’s got bitterness from kettle hop additions, a huge hot and chilled whirlpool hop addition (whirlpool 11g/L Citra), followed by a DDH of Citra during active fermentation and post-fermentation (dry-hop 42g/L Citra). We’ve used every form of Citra we could get our hands on, i.e. Citra T90 pellets, Citra Cryo, Citra Spectrum, Citra Lupomax, Citra BBC. If you’re wondering what Citra tastes like in its rawest form, hopefully it’s this.
