Basqueland – Santa Clara Lager

THE BREWERY SAYS:

Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic Hellesbier of southern Germany. Authentic in style, it is clean and straw-yellow in color. It displays a structure of classic malts that provide a sweetness reminiscent of sunflower seeds, accompanied by noble Tettnanger hops with floral notes and a subtle bitterness of fresh grass. Our brewers’ favorite beer takes its name from Santa Clara Island in La Concha Bay, San Sebastián.
