THE BREWERY SAYS:

A collaboration with our friends at BierWerks in Zurich. This recipe uses English grown Hana Malt – a 19th Century heritage grain which was used to brew the first Pilsner – and modern English hops, Godiva & UK Cascade, to create a delicate, floral and elegant Lager.
