Our second outing with Hop Unlock, the brand new thiolised yeast that targets flavour compounds in hops and malt. Expect pungent flavours of grapefruit, lychee, and passion fruit with a characterful yeast profile.

V2 is made entirely with English hops. (Cascade, Challenger, Phoenix, Chinook & Bramling Cross)
