Burnt Mill – Glass Horizon WCIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

Glass Horizon has all the West Coast vibes of chewy malts and dank resinous hops. A blend of Columbus and Centennial were dosed at various stages during the boil and whirlpool, with a Mosaic Cryo hop dip adding to the complexity. All three varieties were used in the dry hop giving top notes of berries, grapefruit and dank pine, all rounding up with a tantilising robust bitterness.
