“Short story short: I originally wrote this recipe with very different hops in mind, but the lots of Mosaic and Motueka I have right now are just so beautiful that I had to go with this simple but powerful hop combo. You can expect tons of bright, fresh aromas like lime, pineapple, a bit of orange, and berries straight from the forest.”
