Anniversary IPA brewed with Cryo Fresh hops from Yakima Valley, featuring Mosaic and Simcoe. Fresh hop beers outside of harvest season once felt impossible, especially with American hops—but this gets impressively close. Thanks to YCH’s innovative cryogenic process, hops are harvested, pelletised under ultra cold conditions, and frozen to lock in that fresh hop character. The result is an IPA bursting with vibrant passion fruit and mango aromatics, layered with a subtle grassy, green depth that only fresh hops can deliver. Bright, expressive, and a true celebration brew.
