Juice alert! Our latest beer to be given the 100kg treatment is a TIPA bursting with tropical fruity hops. A heady mix of Mosaic Cryo, HBC630 Cryo and Vic Secret combine to give an TIPA that is hows off strong mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, banana and a touch of berry like candy. Last year we recieved a small quantity of HBC630 and we were really impressed with it so went all out an bought it in Cryo form this year to push into some big IPA’s. It reminded us a bit of El Dorado with it’s candy like notes which allows it to work really well with tropical fruity hops such as Vic and Mosaic as used here. With a super soft body, and restrained carbonation this is like that tropical fruit ice cream you want to enjoy in the summer sun.
