Gravity Well | Full Circle – Centripetal Force Hazy WCIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

It’s no great secret brewers love a good Westie, even if the majority of their output is hazy juice bombs. So when we started putting our heads together with the team at Full Circle to discuss our collab beer, the recipe quickly evolved into a WCIPA – but a modern one with no crystal malts and an all NZ hop profile.

This one features huge quantities of the best Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka we could get hold of from the outstanding Freestyle Hops. We genuinely think this might be one of our favourite beers to date with a huge heady aroma and bags of flavour. As with all of our West Coasts it finishes dry and refreshing. However, unlike most of our WCIPAs, we were left with a fair bit of haze on this one! Shock, horror! So there you have it, a modern WCIPA featuring punchy NZ hops complete with a slightly incongruous haze…
