Holy Goat – Iron Goddess Mixed Fermentation Sour with Strawberries & Oolong Tea

THE BREWERY SAYS:

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown flaked oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture which includes a blend of Brettanomyces strains. We refermented this beer with 250g/l of the first of the 2026 harvest of Scottish strawberries, grown approximately 24 miles from the brewery. These strawberries were added to the beer within one week of harvest to provide the freshest most intense fruit character possible.

Brewed in collaboration with Black Kite brewery in Hong Kong, we decided to add a cold infusion of Nanling Mountain Milk Oolong tea. This is a AAA grade of the Iron Goddess Oolong tea, grown in Fujian province China, and presents a unique creamy milk taste along with notes of orchid.
