Howling Hops – Brew 1000 NEIPA

Our 1000th brew and 10th Birthday beer!

Malts: Extra Pale Maris Otter, Europils, Cara Gold, Malted Wheat, Malted Oats, Torrified Oats, Torrified Barley, Naked Oats, Munich and Dextrin Malt.

Hops: Nelson and Galaxy in the whirlpool, with Strata, Azacca, Idaho 7 and Cryo Mosaic in its first dry hop; and Cryo Citra, Cryo Centennial, Chinook and Amarillo in its second dry hop.

BREW 1000 wears its 6.66% ABV lightly, as the jammy and juicy malt structure remains silky to the last drop. The hop character is predictably complex, but clearly defined. Expect more than just the usual grab bag of tropical fruits – there’s lungfuls of pine, citrus and floral notes in the aroma, alongside sticky guava, mango, grapefruit and gooseberry on the palate.
