Hazy IPA with Peacharine, Riwaka & Mosaic

Layering up hops here with some liquid bittering, a light kettle addition of whole leaf mosaic, a dip-hop addition of Mosaic Incognito & a full charge of the other two varieties in the whirlpool. In the dry-hop, Peacharine brings it’s rich sweetness, Garston hops’ Riwaka boasts a textbook profile bursting with lime & grapefruit & our selected Mosaic perfectly ties the whole thing together.
