THE BREWERY SAYS:
In celebration of our 7th birthday we have brewed this delicious Dortmunder-Style Lager. A grist of Pils malt with a hint of light caramalt gives a smooth biscuity base, which is balanced by a mix of Magnum, Perle and Hersbrucker Spät to give a clean bitterness and classic hop aroma. Best enjoyed with friends. Prost!
