THE BREWERY SAYS:

We’ve taken our classic Bold, Bitter but Balanced West Coast IPA and brewed with a Belgian Yeast strain. The bubblegum polyphenols from the yeast pair up perfectly with the tropical and stone fruits flavours.

Best Ale malt provides the base. Carapils and Cara Malt added for body and flavour, along with Dextrose. Chinook hops for bittering. Amarillo and Cascade in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Azacca, Columbus and El Dorado. Fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast strain.
