We always have a bit of fun when coming up with ideas for our sweet-inspired series with LeiMai, and this recipe is no exception as we team up with the Pomona Island team from the other side of the hills to present this reinterpretation of multi-flavoured childhood teeth-ruiners bon bons in beer form.

We’ve gone with the brightly pink-red combination of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry all in very generous volumes as you’d expect from us. Another favourite in the bon bon collection is the bright blue ball of bubblegum, so we had a play and brought this classic aroma into the mix as well.

This 2.8% fruited ale is lip-smackingly delicious.
