THE BREWERY SAYS:

Our first time experimenting with CGX hops, and who better to work with than Northern Monk. They joined us to brew an exciting juicy number using Idaho 7 and Strata in CGX form to intensify all flavours from their original pellet form. On a thick juicy based, Idaho 7 CGX enhances a balance of tropical and piney flavours while Strata CGX promises passion fruit, strawberry and some “Rock Concert Cannabis” notes.
