Overtone – Twilight To Starlight DDH IPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We wanted to create a twin range of beers inspired by the concept of double albums, two separate beers with the same base but a slightly different twist, both available together to be enjoyed together. Both beers start with the same malt bill and Galaxy and Ekuanot in the kettle before the dry hopping parts their ways.

Twilight to Starlight is double dry-hopped with Mosaic hops to add some blueberry and stone fruit notes on top of peach, papaya and citrus notes.
