Pipeline / Bang The Elephant – Big Bang DIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We teamed up with Derby/Notts legends Bang The Elephant Brewing Co to brew our latest DIPA. As is always the case with our DIPA’s – its deceptively drinkable – the ABV is well hidden. We used bags of Mosaic in the whirlpool, then bags and bags of Citra and Nectaron as a dry hop as fermentation came to an end. The result is a bit special. We love it!
