Sometimes you’ve just got to take a look at your stockholding of hops, let your hair loose doing what you do best, and make an informed decision to go as tropical as possible. With a brief that read “Lying back on a lilo drinking an Atlantic Breeze”, we’ve gone for a full on tropical explosion with Hopspot Logic. Employing a superstar three way lineup of the freshest El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic we could get our hands on, this beer is positively bursting with a metric tonne of pineapple, stone fruit, watermelon, mango and just a hint of bubblegum sweetness to boot. Offset by a smaller than usual addition of both El Dorado and Mosaic in the whirlpool at 2 and 5kg respectively, this beer maintains a whisper of bitterness to keep everything in check and balanced.
