S43 – Chaps WC Pale

This West Coast Pale Ale is chock full of the classic American hops that use to dominate IPA in the good ol’ days. A big hop bill of Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, Columbus, Ekuanot, and Cascade Cryo brings bold flavours of grapefruit, pine and candied orange peel. We’ve fermented with a crisp, clean California yeast to really let the hops shine. Even though this is a 5.2% pale you can expect big flavours, slightly sweet caramel malts and plenty of palate cleansing bitterness to make this a super crushable west coast trip.
